Just a little less than a year ago Sarah was “barely able to move” and perform day to day household activities. Her physical activity was very little, and she found day to day activities to be a challenge. When she had worked with trainers before it would eventually lead to her being in more pain with her medical conditions in full flare up.
When Sarah started working with me, she was eager and showed up every time. As we began our work, she was getting stronger each time little by little. She found she was able to perform daily tasks a little easier (carrying in the groceries wasn’t difficult). When she would do motorcycle day or weekend trips, we would prepare with lots of specific stretches and the following week’s sessions would be fully dedicated to recovery.
Sarah started to see more than just physical benefits to our work together. Yep, getting the focus back on her health and wellness Sarah began prioritizing things in her life better. She has been making better decisions on what fits and what doesn’t in her life all while she continues to give back to her community.
Lately she has been riding her motorcycle a lot more and we need to do less recovery work after each trip. More importantly, she has been able to add in other types of exercise. She has done a few hours of yoga in addition to our 3 weekly workouts this past month! As you can see on her face, she is super happy! This picture was taken during her last weekend motorcycle ride get away.
Sarah is kicking butt and taking names! Super Proud of you Sarah!!! Your dedication to our work together has been paying off in spades! Let’s keep getting you stronger and back to all the things you love.
